Dances of Universal Peace ~ Every 1st and 3rd Sunday

The Dances of Universal Peace are simple circle dances... a combination of sacred chant and simple movement... done in community, around the offerings of live musicians. This monthly event (every 1st Sunday with Stuart Allen and every 3rd Sunday with Sara Rain) is a great path to an open heart and shared connection; to each other and the infinite.

Super Fun Dance Jam! Saturday, August 16th

It's here! A monthly dance jam for those of us that want to get out on a Saturday night and move... without enduring the club scene! Susan Coates (of Dirty Laundry Dance Company), Beth Erlander (Contact Improv) and John Shapiro (dj, guitarist and voice coach) have come together to get this ball rolling! Dance the 'Untitled' Self ~ Thursday, August 19th

w/ Jessica Wolf

Authentic Movement... Ecstatic Dance... and many other terms are used to explain the magic of the Self, at last, untitled and free. There is... within each of us... a tap to to a source so immense and un-definable; the only way to know it is to unknown yourself. This is an invitation into that exploration. This is available to anyone; and no 'fitness' or 'coordination' level is required. Please dress comfortably; you may surprise yourself with your own soul's motion. Bring a journal... as the wisdom inside you may beg to be noted. And please arrive on time so that we can begin and end as a group.
